Het Landhuis Estate

Initially,  the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. Hence, the name Henderson Tanyard Road on which Het Landhuis is located.

In 1997, the present owners purchased the property and began a 20 year long meticulous renovation that included adding and rebuilding of guest houses, barns and other structures.

One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010.

We accommodate a minimal number of exclusive weddings each year. Het Landhuis is not your ordinary location for a wedding; this becomes obvious once you visit the grounds and look at the eight different venues the estate offers.

Het Landhuis presents you with a magical setting for your storybook wedding!
